I'd like to get to know you, who you are, what you think... but let's not make this feel like an interview. Let's find someplace where there are enough distractions, but it's not so noisy or busy we can't talk. A place like Jack Baker's Patio Wharfside Bar is perfect. Outside, under the summer stars, bands - but not too loud. We can have dinner, a few drinks, maybe a dance or two, and later, if we hit it off, we can take a walk on the boardwalk which is only one block away
I think the first date should be of interest to both people. I can be a little old fashioned, so I like dinner to be involved or any meal really... and then the rest of the date can go from there.

I would then drive you out towards Navarre to that Airstrip off of 399. We would meet up with my good pal, Vaughn Honeycut, and he would have his plane gassed and ready.
You would ask, "Where are we going?" I would shush you, and pour you a glass of Vaughn's Secret Stash of aged Irish Whisky as you reclined in the awesome leather seats of Vaughns Plane. We would then most likely take the 1.5 hour flight to China, where I would already be hammered at this point. We would get out at a secret airstrip, on an island where large round mountains poked out of the water and mist, and there would probably be a faint sound of a gong somewhere in the distance.
I would get into a raging argument with a talking Panda about how it was his fault that Jerome Halbert was fired from CNN in 1991. You would rightfully console me and assure me that the Panda had nothing to do with Jerome's termination from the news network. We would then start hiking into the forest on the island. As we came to a clearing there is sweet little cabaa bar, and a stage with Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys playing us a private show. We would lay out a blanket, have a sandwich, and enjoy the native Chinese music.
Finally as the day/night came to an end, I would be so drunk I couldn't walk, and you would ask one of the bouncers if he would help you carry me back to the plane. He would immediately deny, and hand you a wheel chair as he explained to you that this is was your problem so you deal with it. I would awake on the plane ride back, most likely try to have sex with you, but you would rightfully decline because I could barely hold my own head up and I smelled of rum and Irish Car Bombs. You would never call me again, but you would forever have a great story to tell your friends about the worst or best date ever...
We could do something fun. like go cart racing, or horseback riding, go to the movies, after that, go to the mall, shop till we get tired of it, we go home, i cook fettuccini in alfredo with wine, and we have a wonderful... see more >>

I'm spontaneous, so answering this question would be in vain. I just review my options, take in consideration what my date would want, and then choose.

Well first impressions are lasting impressions, so i'd have to take my date somewhere new and exciting.
Lets Have a coffee! And browse the thrift/antique stores, have lunch/brunch and go see the beach! Or Lets go have a picnic! Or lets go to the swap meet! or lets ..... Do whatever you enjoy doing!
A nice walk at a suggestive sea shore setting maybe the Keys in FL, or Costa Azzurra, or Montecarlo then a drink at a lounge bar enjoying the sunset then a fine Dining..
